When you purchase "arrange a call" Your coach will receive an email notifying them of your purchase.
Your coach will then be in contact within 24hrs with the information you will have provided on purchase.

If you purchase a yearly plan, you will receive a £10 discount to cover your initial call cost.
The calls are to establish your goal/s and how you can benefit or achieve this from coaching.
No matter the goal, a personalised plan will be created.
Monthly coaching:
Sign up to your starter pack with one month of coaching.
You and your coach will have a zoom/phone call to discuss your goals and your coach will put into place your first month to get the ball rolling.
A month sign up frees you from a long term commitment and gives you the option to continue upon completion by purchasing a further month, or if its not for you leaving on completion.

Within your monthly coaching the basics you will receive are:

Weekly check-ins

Meal plan and/or nutritional guidance

Weekly workouts

Your weekly check- ins will be to help keep you motivated and on target for your monthly goals. You will be given a check in day each week.
You will be expected to update your visuals, weight and let your coach know how your week has gone.
Meal plans/ Nutrition- You will be provided with either a calorie/macro goal which will be calculated by your age, height and current weight.
AND
You will also be provided with recipes to accommodate your macro goals.
1 Monthly training session- if applicable to area guidelines, if this is possible you are entitled to one session per month. To be scheduled with your trainer ideally in advance. If you are outside of the travel guidelines this will not be possible.
Your workouts and nutrition will vary on the discussion you have with your coach. Daily habits such as water and steps will also be a factor.

Workouts - You will be provided with a tailored plan, which will include video guidance for each exercise, reps, weights or duration.
The duration of your plans may vary dependant on progress and completion.

You and your coach will have a zoom/phone call to discuss your goals and your coach will build your first month plan to get you started.
When purchasing a year package you will receive a discount of £10. This is to cover the cost of your consultation call. This is included within the year package.
Yearly packages will vary depending on your goals. It can be as simple as wanting to lose weight to being able to run a marathon. No matter the goal it will be personal to you and your training will match this.
Once discussed, your long term goal will be broken down into smaller term goals that will be monitored by progression and completion.

Monthly adjustments and Consultation -
You will have a monthly consultation/Call with your coach to discuss your progression, how you feel you are progressing, any changes you would like made and the next steps. Your goal may change through out the year and these consultations will provide your coach with the information needed to help accommodate.

Meeting your coach -
This will be subject to location, If you live within a 15 mile radius your coach will arrange a day to meet, within this meet you can have a face to face discussion or put a training session to use.

Payments & Cancellations:
Payments are non- refundable.
Any and all plans purchased are non-refundable, Plans and coaching can be adjusted and matched to your needs they are personalised to you.
Consultations are made beforehand to discuss all needs and goals, this is to prevent any miscommunication or misunderstanding of the services and what will be provided. Due to this you are agreeing to partake when payment is taken for any of the above plans.
Paying plans monthly -
Month to month plans come with a monthly agreement. You are promising to pay for full calendar month at a time. Payments for the upcoming month will be requested up to 5 days before to allow any and all changes to be made.

Yearly plans. You receive two months free within this plan as you are agreeing to pay for 12 months upfront. You save £150. This is non- refundable when purchased. You are able to take a break at any time regarding training or following your plan. However, this does not pause your timeline. Your year will be from the start date agreed with your coach after your consultation and end exactly one year later.
Example: start date 11/12/24 End date: 11/12/25

- Unable to exercise due to injury.
- Have been advised not to exercise from your doctor
- Are prone to dizzy spells or fainting spells.
