ONLINE​​ Participation​
Please be advised any "Trained LIFESTYLE" Programmes may not be suitable if you are any of the following:
- Pregnant
- Unable to exercise due to injury.
- Have been advised not to exercise from your doctor
- Are prone to dizzy spells or fainting spells.
- Under the age of 18

Please be advised that if you choose to ignore these guidelines or fail to let a member or associate of trainedbyNicolejay aware of these current symptoms, condtiions or any future changes to health or fitness, they can not be held responsible or be seen to be liable for any injury, damages, or losses this may cause.

Nutritional Advice
Within "trained LIFESTYLE" and any online coaching you may receive:

Advisory food adjustments.

Meal Plans around your consultation

Advised macro calculations.​
Please be aware the guidance towards any calculation regarding nutrition is completely advisory and calculated against your current age, height and weight. Nutritional advice is optional.​ You are under no obligation to follow advice given. Any and all allergens, irritations or intolerance must be highlighted to - Trainedbynicolejay. Trainedbynicolejay can not be held responsible for any foods ingested that may cause a reaction, discomfort or medical emergency.​

Payments & Refunds ​​​
All payments towards challenges , online coaching or any form of advice or training are non refundable.
If changes to your health prevent you from participating in any of the services provided by - trainedbynicolejay or associates. You must make Nicole aware directly with the contact details provided. You are able to contact her direct with the application used during training.
All payments need to be paid upfront and in full to be able to participate.
Any form of winnings via challenges or online coaching will be sent via transfer direct to your bank, Winners must provide bank details within 5 days of being informed of the win to receive payment. Failure to do so may result in a non payment.​

Photo Sharing and Permission
By signing up to either a challenge or online coaching you are giving permission to share photographic content. These may be shared via a third party application (app to use for challenges) Please note that by signing up to a challenge or coaching you accept that images shared, can be used for advertisement throughout -trainedbynicolejay and any social media platforms linked with Nicole jay and associates. You have the right to withdraw from this option by contacting Nicole jay directly via email - Njstrangeways@gmail.com. Please note if you are engaged in a challenge you will need to withdraw before the challenge start date for the withdrawal to apply. ​
