​Welcoming a new factor into the Trained regime. 
You are now able to sign up to the "Trained Home" 6 week plan.
This plan allows you to work out from the comfort of your living room. Take away the stress of the gyms and take part in our workouts.

Trained Home provides you with a mixture of HIIT (high intensity interval training), body weight and dumbbell workouts.

The minimum you will need:

  • Workout mat 

  • Dumbbells

  • Mini bands

  • 3-5 workouts provided weekly

  • Community chat room

  • Video guidance

  • Nutritional Guidance

Trained Gym 

Become a new woman in 6 weeks! 

You may be new to training or you just want to see what you can achieve!

You will need access to a Gym to help you along the way with this. 
Within your training you will experience a range of exercises aimed to target the full body, glutes , core and cardio.

About Trained Transformations

Trained - Challenges provides you with 6 weeks worth of either home or gym workouts. These workouts are provided to help you build your confidence not just towards exercise but towards a happier healthier you. 
Pushing, Pulling, Lifting and bending are all a vital part of our day to day lives. We use these movements towards everything we do without second guessing. So lets use these movements to help motivate you, drive you and give you the chance to change yourself. No over complicated nonsense to becoming healthier but rather a step by step guide to finding how your body reacts to both movement and food.


Whats included: 

  • Macro calculation and changes throughout the challenge.

  • Meal ideas for B/L/D

  • Workouts with video, rep and duration guidance.

  • Group chat room to share ideas or just keep an eye on the competition.

  • Private messaging for you and the challenge setter.

 

The Challenges have a winner every time! 
To win:

  • Log all workouts

  • track all food

Progress your weights, tick off your workouts each week and beat the other challengers by completing the most. The challenge is rated by how much you participate. Within the group you win points per workout, per walk, per log. The winner is the person who achieves the most points within the group.

Set up & Emails 

When you sign up to the challenge you will receive an email with:

  • A welcome from NicoleJay

  • A guide on what to expect next

Included will be:​

  • A link to download the app for your workouts

  • Disclaimer to protect you and your coach​

Follow all the instructions on your welcome email and wait until you have been added to the community. You will be ready to start your challenge.

Group Community & Support

You will be added to a group of you and the others who have joined the challenge. See them as your friend or as your enemy you decide. The community chat will give you the chance to ask questions or see how everyone is managing. 
You will have talks with NicoleJay throughout if needed, it will be as easy as pressing  a button to ask a question. 

Extra Support Includes:

  • Upgrade your intensity level

  • Motivation from your coach

  • Q&A any time of the day with group or coach.

\     Nutritional Support

Provided with your challenge is nutritional guidance.

As one of the first "Trained" challenges you will receive:

  • Calorie calculation

  • Advisory food adjustments

  • Group fake away ideas

Please be aware the guidance towards any calculation regarding nutrition is completely advisory and calculated against your current age, height and weight. Nutritional advice is optional.​

  Payments & Cancellations

This is a non-refundable challenge.

If you have signed up and have a change of heart please note that this is non refundable.
If you need to cancel due to medical reasons, please message Nicole Jay with the contact information provided here or via email.

Payments will be taken before the challenge starts. Once payment has been taken you will receive a welcome pack with all information stated above. 
 

Winnings: 
These will be sent to you via bank transfer. If you are the lucky winner of the challenges above you will have 5 days to send your details to NicoleJay for the money to be transferred. Failure to do so may result in a non payment.

- Unable to exercise due to injury.

- Have been advised not to exercise from your doctor

- Are prone to dizzy spells or fainting spells.
