Adjustments can be made to the plan in regards to injuries. these will need to be highlighted to your coach.
Set up time:
You have 48hrs for your set up to be completed. The plan will be up and running 48hrs from purchase.
Exercises:
The plan is a set plan. This is not specifically made or adjusted to each person. The plan will be set as descirbed above. Injuries must be highlighted prior fo any adjustments to be agreed.Liability:
